Look around...

This past week I was sitting outside with my little boy. I happened to look up in the sky and right in front of my house were 3 hawks flying around. It was amazing. They were beautiful and pretty close to us. I ran to grab the camera. Never was able to get a picture of them together, but managed to get some pictures. I enjoyed watching these birds. I'm pretty sure they were hawks.
I am no bird expert. In my eyes I thought of this as a tender mercy. Life is good if we look around.
Have a great week!!!

Way cool!

That always happens to me.. especially with my kids. I go to grab the camera.. and the moment is over!

You have luck.

I read somewhere lately that the hawk is the most dis-liked bird in the country. I don't agree with the rest of the country. I love to see them perched on the fence posts, and flying above my house. They are beautiful. And life is good. It can sure get us down though. Your kids are healthy, and you are loved. That's a good thing. You're probably not going to Mitch's scout thing Saturday are you???? Let me know!
Have a great day. Keep looking to the sky.

Amazing! It's fun to see those big birds in the sky - because they are breath taking. It's even better to enjoy nature with your children.... "I'm glad that I live in this beautiful world.... Heavenly Father created for me" One of my favorite songs... There is such beauty in this world and it's wonderful to get a glimpse now and then and remember how much He loves us!
