I'm probably not very good at doing jokes and tricks for April Fool's Day, but I at least have to try one every year.
This year I decided to string my daugher's room. When I started getting trapped in the yarn then I decided I probably did good enough. I had a lot of fun doing this. I tried to place saran wrap in front of the door, but I couldn't get it to work very well.
I can't wait to see their faces when they get home from school. I will definitely have the camera ready when they go check out their room. Have a great day!!
My girls made it home...I was hiding in their room while John screamed "Girls come look at your room!!" I was able to take a picture of them coming in. I love seeing the smile on their faces. It was a fun surprise for them. They are pretending the yarn are lasers. I'm sure this will stay up for a few days.
I am still trying to think of a joke I can play on my husband...I'll keep thinking.

So funny. I've been able to pull two April Fool's jokes on Kevin. The funniest was the year I told him I was pregnant again (Annie was 2 months old) and had a test that I drew on to prove it. He hyperventilated, I laughed.
That is hilarious! I bet the kids just loved it. Watch out they'll be thinking of something good for next year! :D
That's a great joke!
You are such a fun mom! I think about stuff like that and then never do it. I really need to make life more enjoyable for my kids. Thanks for the inspiration!
LOL - this is a funny one. I can't believe the time you took to do this! What a fun mom you are.
What fun!
